    • Q. Who is JP Rocs?
    • A. JP Rocs is an Independent Multimedia Designing Company that was restructured from an interstate transport LLC in July of 2006.
    • Q. What is the level of experience at JP Rocs?
    • A. Most members of JP Rocs have over 10 years experience in the Computer, Web and Designing Industries.
    • Q. Why do I only get voice mail when I call?
    • A. We will be prompt to return your call or email; unfortunately we receive a high volume of product solicitations.
    • Q. What Multimedia Developments are available from JP Rocs?
    • A. Image and Graphics Designs, Web Page Publications, plus Digitally Mastered Soundtracks.
    • Q. What is the intitial cost?
    • A. Consultation & Startup is FREE. Graphic, Web and Sound Plans help us establish your final cost (please see Designing Resources).
    • Q. What are JP Rocs' rates?
    • A. Image and Graphic Designs are $25.00 per hour; Web Designs and Soundtracks are $30.00 per hour.
    • Q. Why do other companies offer flat rates?
    • A. We only do custom productions and it would be unfair to overcharge a client for work that is not required.
    • Q. Can I see or hear the progress of my production?
    • A. Yes. Once an agreement has been met you will have access to your production via the Internet.
    • Q. Will my production be secure during development?
    • A. Yes. You will receive a specific URL to our server, plus we initiate other measures to ensure security.
    • Q. When do I receive my production?
    • A. After completion and payment from your email invoice you will receive all file work for your production.
    • Q. Do you offer payments online?
    • A. To ensure security to our clients and ourselves we only receive payment by business or bank check.
    • Q. What if I'm not satisfied with my production?
    • A. If by chance we do not fulfill your needs, JP Rocs retains the production as their own and you pay nothing.
    • Q. How do I begin the process?
    • A. Choose a Form in "GETTING STARTED" / Contact Us via Phone, Email or Email Form (click here).
  • Getting Started
    • To begin, we need to gather as much information as possible to launch your project. There is no payment required to start your design development,
    • but it will be neccessary to sign an agreement after our consultation. One full payment is due at the completion of each production in order to receive your files.
    • Please follow the steps below in order to initiate the process.
    • 1. Use the "JP Rocs Designing Resources" menu or look below to locate the appropriate plan for your project.
    • 2. Either use the formats below to fill in your criteria or utilize the plans for referencing in order to send us a description email.
